South Tangerang Kebun Kumara Farm Tour
Learn how to achieve a sustainable lifestyle and grow your own food as urban dwellers at a permaculture-inspired learning farm.
Overview
Since 2017, we have developed, tested and matured our teaching and learning approach to accommodate the most basic needs of the those living in the city.
We design workshop to address the struggles of the common layperson, equipping beginner gardeners of the essential foundations. We offer online and offline workshops on a variety of topics – from gardening, composting, permaculture and upcycling plastic waste
By helping others become gardeners, we are bridging their reconnection with the ultimate guru of life – Mother Nature herself.
Our workshops are fully designed to answer the struggles of the common layperson, equipping beginner gardeners of the essential foundations to become thriving Earth-keepers from home.
Our design approach is driven by Permaculture principles which takes into consideration the overall sustainability of the landscape, both current and future. We work with the natural systems and design for optimal behavioral intervention that not only sustain the garden but also help its users normalize eco-friendly habits.
As landscapes continue to influence our awareness and behaviors, it is through these projects that Kebun Kumara hopes to not only design a better environment but also a better life for others.
