Yes, all of our instructors are certifiied.

For the certified diving trip, there will be 1 instructor per 4 guests
For non-diving trip, there will be 1 instructor per 2 guests

No. We provide everything for you.

You need to either rent your vehicle (car or bike) yourself, or get a taxi or car hire. Online based transport, such as: Gocar or Grab are not allowed to enter Padangbai.

Refund is not available. However, you can reschedule your trip once within 3 months from the day the cancelation happens.
